Reimagining Workplaces: DTR (Attendance) in the New Normal

A year ago, you wouldn’t have even imagined us all on lockdown. You wouldn’t have imagined having offices shuttered temporarily, needed a pass to go out or spending 24 hours at home.

Thus, we’re starting a new series on this “new normal”.

As a human resource practitioner, how has the COVID-19 pandemic affected you and your organization? As you may have personally experienced, the world is seeing the following patterns:
  • Remote working also referred to as telecommuting or work from home arrangement 
  • Flexible working hours 
  • Digitization of processes 
  • Online meetings and conferences 
Without a vaccine on the horizon, we’re not really sure how long we will have to keep working from home. Experts have predicted, however, that working from home is something that might be here to stay for a long time.
