Certificate of Employment: What is It?

A Certificate of Employment is a certification or proof of the service record of an employee. It is not a recommendation, clearance, waiver or salary certification. It is different from the certification of good moral conduct. It is simply a statement of fact of the employment on the individual within a given time period under a certain company.
