A digital workforce. What does this exactly mean? No, we’re not referring to AI or a team of robots who will take over your jobs. In this context, it essentially means that your workforce will need to have a whole new skill set. They should be able to manage the interface between humans and technology, be digitally adept, and know how to coordinate machines when necessary. Most of all, they should be open to learning new technologies – flexibility and openness to learn are key in this era.
