Indeed, technology has given organizations a more flexible working arrangement. With the COVID-19 and the different community quarantines imposed on the workforce from different cities, the staff have, not on their own accord, become dispersed. Yet, despite the geographical distance, cohesion and harmonious workflow shouldn’t be a hindrance, all thanks to technology.
This flexibility is no longer just to stay above the competition. Rather, it is not an essential part of the new normal. As with any business transition, introducing technology to support this new way of working requires solid strategy, continued management, and assurance of support.
